If there's anything worth splurging on, it's purses. 

 

Bright & colorful bags can do a lot -- add a splash of color to a monochrome wardrobe and compliment your out fit using pretty much any color scheme (complementary to analogic).
So I'm pretty convinced that it's self explanatory why every girl needs one! ;)
